Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 24, 2026

This page explains what information Knowlytix collects when you visit knowlytix.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@knowlytix.ai.

Who we are

Knowlytix builds the governed harness for agentic AI in regulated industries. This policy applies to the public website at knowlytix.ai. It does not cover any customer-facing product offerings, which are governed by separate agreements.

What we collect

  • Email address — only when you submit it through our newsletter signup or contact form. We never buy email lists or scrape emails from other sources.
  • Contact form content — the message you send us, so we can reply.
  • Standard server logs — IP address, user-agent, and request path are recorded by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. These logs are retained for a short rolling window and are not used for advertising or profiling.

We do not currently use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. If we add them later, this page will be updated and we will list each tool we use.

How we use it

  • Newsletter — to send product news, feature releases, and occasional company updates. We send when we have something worth saying, not on a fixed schedule, and never more than monthly on average.
  • Contact form — to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact form submitters to our newsletter.
  • Server logs — to detect abuse and diagnose issues with the site.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site:

  • Kit (newsletter delivery) — your email address is stored with Kit so we can send broadcasts. See Kit's privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare (hosting and DDoS protection) — handles request routing and stores standard server logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not share contact form contents with anyone outside Knowlytix unless required by law.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe at any time — every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending and you may request that we delete your address entirely.
  • Access, correction, deletion — email hello@knowlytix.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR/CCPA — we honor these regardless of your location.
  • Do not track — we do not use behavioral tracking, so there is nothing additional to opt out of beyond the newsletter.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for all traffic to and from this site. The amount of data we collect is intentionally minimal — the best protection against data exposure is not collecting data we don't need.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes — for example, adding new third-party services that handle your data — will be announced via the newsletter and reflected in the effective date above. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) may be made without notice.
